Katsuya is a wonder restaurant that I would recommend to anyone who loves sushi and a nice setting.

The tuna on crispy rice is decadent. The miso cod falls apart as you eat it because it is that mouth-wateringly good. The baked crab rolls are like a dessert. And last night for the first time, we had their Fiji apple dessert without the pastry basket, so it was like apple pie ala mode without the pie, and it was scrumptious!
